The Selly Oak Community Development Trust Ltd is a non profit making Community Benefit Society. Our aims and objectives are:

To carry on any business for the benefit of the community by providing housing and any associated amenities for persons in necessitous circumstances upon terms appropriate to their needs. 

To undertake Regeneration activities in the Selly Oak District of Birmingham including:

 (i) provide housing for those in need and help to improve housing standards generally in Selly Oak

(ii) help unemployed people find employment; 

(iii) provide education, training and re-training opportunities and work experience, especially for unemployed people; 

(iv) provide land and buildings on favourable terms to businesses in order to create training and employment opportunities for unemployed people
