Selly Oak CDT

The Selly Oak Community Development Trust was born out of a cooperative community network - Community Partnership for Selly Oak (CP4SO) a non-political federation of local residents’ groups, organisations and individuals.

As the evolution of CP4SO, Selly Oak CDT has a more proative role in the community with the ability to own land and property. We are working to develop affordable rentable housing in our area and to preserve and restore some of the key buildings in the area including the old library.
